Is the world around us a mirror? In other words, do we get what we give?

It seems true if you read the work of ancient masters like Lau Tzu. For example, the world would seem like a mirror when we smile and treat others well.

“The wise man does not lay up his own treasures. The more he gives to others, the more he has for his own.”

The same could be said if one scoffs and treats others poorly. On the surface, it appears that we give what we get. The rationale is the same as we are what we think, which makes sense.

But could we prove the theory scientifically? I’m no scientist, but I researched to learn the answer because I’m a hobby philosopher who loves to read many books and share what I’m learning as one way of helping to make the world a better place before I croak.

Philosophy Is The Love of Wisdom

I love philosophy, psychology, and the realm of the Gods that preceded the one we continue to fight over today. I love philosophy, psychology, and the realm of the Gods that preceded the one we continue to fight over today.
