Great point! Before the Internet, people like me were relagated to real world networking and relationships based on trust. That was hard for me because I'd rather five finger death punch myself than go to a dumbass networking event and talk about dumb shit like the weather.

Once the Internet hit, Boomers and everyone else had a choice; jump on the hood of the digital marketing and sales bus and bust through the windshield to grab control, or get run over by the fucker and die in the delusion of your overrated ego and legacy.

In other words, most of my peers got left behind. Building relationships gets easier not as much by writing shit most people ignore or are too dopey to understand, and posting it online. It happens when one gets focused as shit on finding the precise target market for the value you seek to communicate.

In other words, once basic branding and messaging is firmly in place, do you think I can raise $100 million in investor equity faster by writing articles or making direct sales calls and building relationships, if I had to choose one?

Direct social selling is by far the way to find capital, customers, and cash flow than being focused on networking like a dork who will eventually starve to death for lack of self confidence to SELL by finding pain and removing it, for a premium, ideally.

Using real world direct selling as well as LinkedIn social selling is how I am able to raised hundreds of millions of dollars to build commercial real estate projects that pay way better than all the nonsense I got paid to write over the last 34 years.

Writing at this stage is mostly for fun and in support of building one more company before I croak and get home to the other side where we get to chill and watch the freak show unfold until the next assignment in this hell hole.

Medium stopped paying me due to a technical problem on their end. Their support is unwilling or able to help me. So, I stopped writing. Get a grip, Medium.
