Here’s What Einstein Said About Religion
The good news is that you don’t need to be Einstein to benefit from the burning fires within you.
“Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind.”
That’s what Einstein said. This article is about a distinction between faith, beliefs, and religion, knowing and not knowing, and how more of us can learn to get along better, honoring the Golden Rule.
My article is also about the benefit of fire as a metaphysical metaphor to ponder. My worldview is mostly good because most people are good inside. It may not seem that way because our world is simply a mirror. Another word for that is Karma, or “as in so doing,” we get what gives, which is a solid translation.
Humanity and Unity
My humble observation as a fervent reader and student of religion, history, and the human psyche is that science converges well with the great mystics, sages, monks, and saints said in their respective languages, times, and religions. The mystics knew unity and tried to teach humanity how to connect with the infinite part of us all. They paid dearly with their worldly lives, and to them, it served the bigger purpose of helping us wake up.
