You’re about to learn that, once again, less can be more, especially when spending less time on social media.

Here’s the bottom line: Deleting thousands of social media connections simplified my life, and simple is better.

My experience with social media is consistent with the other things we’ve done to downsize and simplify life over the years, including driving small cars, living in a smaller home, and consuming less stuff.

I’m living proof that living with less can pay big dividends no matter how much money you make or have in the bank.
