How to Fix the Overthink, Overwrite, and Talk-Too-Much Dilemma

To be or not to be the quietest person in the room.

Who do you know who overthinks everything due to an insatiable curiosity, overwrites like a lost, sad lover, and finds it impossible to contain strong opinions where people assemble for long, lame meetings?

I’m guilty of all of the above. I’m pretty sure my father continues to roll in his grave every time a post on social media. And my wife told me again last night to “go away” because I was “too much.”

This article is a small plea for your suggestions. I’d be grateful if you leave me a comment so we can engage on the subject of less thinking, writing, and talking is more.

The search for solitude and brevity is on.

Noise Pollution and Information Overload

We all know people who come across as too something; intense, loud, talkative, questioning, curious, emotional, seemingly distracted by chaos yet living contently within it.

Many of us agree the world will be a better place when it is quieter, and we protect our bodies and brains from excess stimulation.
