My goal for this article is to share a simpleton’s version of one physics lesson that changed my life. Hopefully, you will read the entire article see the power and practical application for changing for the better like it did mine.

Whether it’s physics, ontology, psychology, neuroscience, behavioral science, and other textbook stuff I ignored in school, somehow it turned out I read about this stuff for several hours a day. That’s how I’ve been able to find the connection between theories in science and my daily life.

Observer Effect

As the physics theory goes, the Observer effect suggests that the mere observation of an object (phenomena) changes it. Imagine that.

Here’s the academic version of it:

In physics, the observer effect is the theory that the mere observation of a phenomenon inevitably changes that phenomenon.
