I used to wonder to myself, "Self, are you the oldest person publishing on Medium, because all of the articles about making $212 a day are boring at 62. Where are the words of ageless wisdom?"

Now, I no longer wonder. Maybe the older folks here who remember the days when most of us were civil, and shared family-based core values, ven those driven by fear of a belt or 12 swats on the butt with an open hand, could have a publication.
