When paying members get left behind

I still hear my mother saying, “Clifford, if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all.”

Mom, you’re right. But in this case, I’m struggling to keep my pie hole shut about Medium's SEEMING lack of customer support.

My nature is NOT to complain. It’s tuned more to radical acceptance rather than arguing with reality.

But when it comes to letting go and letting God, it’s hard when you’re a creative, outlying misfit who makes a living as a writer, photographer, small business owner, and artist who escaped the Rat Race by ignoring it.

What else might a writer do beyond wait, pray, and write about it?

Part of my income depends on platforms like Medium. I’m a middle-class guy who likes to get paid what he earns.

I stopped writing for Medium a while ago because Medium stopped paying me for claps.

You can read the rest of the story here. I don’t want to appear like a complainer.

I’m a member/customer who needs help and feels helpless.
