What is the difference between price and value, and what is the opportunity cost of focusing merely…

I’ll not mention the author, but his book is available on Kindle for £8.20. I know I would enjoy his work. I’ve read many of his stories online. But I don’t enjoy reading a book on a Kindle, tablet, or phone.
