What to Do If You’ve Got the “Monday Blues.”
What if every day could feel like a holiday?
The best way to lose the dread and misery of the “Monday Blues” is to search inside yourself and find ways to feel joy in your current job or profession and to reinvent yourself in ways that you achieve your future dreams.
You will first meet John and read his story. It’s not his real name. His story is true, just like it is for millions of people who struggle with going to work on Monday mornings and perhaps other days. When you feel like you’re selling your soul to work, it’s time to learn more about who you are and what you want.
After that, I’ll encourage you to read one or two other articles of mine to help you break free of the “Monday Blues” by seeing yourself in a different light and maybe even reinventing yourself.
When you know who you are and what you want and have a reliable process and support to reach your goals, you wake up daily with a sense of joy.
Joy comes from being grateful for all you’ve got and the opportunity to improve yourself and the world around you.
