Understanding the Mystery of the Moon

Have you ever felt like you’re not from this place called Earth? If so, I get it.

As a kid, I wondered how people could be so mean to each other, and don’t get me started on why I never liked schools even though I always loved learning.

Over the years, I’ve heard the moon calling my name, “Cliff, I am here. Capture me if you can.”

“We are all like the bright moon, we still have our darker side.” — Khalil Gibran

Another full moon I captured.

But unlike the sun, the moon is easy for the human eye to watch. I struggle to understand how and why the moon moves our moods and the oceans.

That’s why I delve into the wisdom of others who see the moon and stars in unique ways.

“Don’t tell me the moon is shining; show me the glint of light on broken glass.” — Anton Chekhov
